Spokane Biz Doctors (“we,” “us”) is a business-growth diagnostics and services company based in Spokane, WA 99208. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

We sell digital products (guides and the custom-generated Profit Surge D.O.C. Protocol), implementation services (kits, local SEO work, working sessions), and deposits toward custom system builds. What’s included in each offer is listed on its page — that listing is the whole promise, and we hold ourselves to it.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and charged at checkout. Where a price is described as a founding or capped price, that cap is real: when it’s reached, the price changes as described on the offer page.

Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout — download links arrive within minutes, and the Profit Surge D.O.C. Protocol is generated from your questionnaire answers and delivered within 24–48 hours of completing it. Services begin with the kickoff or booking email described on the offer page. If something doesn’t arrive, check spam first, then email us and we’ll resend it.

If a digital product isn’t what its page said it was, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right — a fix, a replacement, or a refund. Because the D.O.C. Protocol is custom-generated from your answers, we first fix any section that misses the mark; if we can’t make it genuinely useful for your business, we’ll refund it. Service engagements and deposits are handled case by case before work begins — talk to us.

Our products and services provide business, marketing, and technology guidance based on the information you give us. They are informational — not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Sections touching tax strategy are educational summaries; confirm anything you act on with your CPA or attorney.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or results. We don’t believe anyone honestly can. What we promise is the work as described, delivered as described.

When you buy a digital product, you get a license to use it in your own business. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or republish it as your own.

Give us accurate information — the D.O.C. Protocol and Snapshot are only as good as the answers and URLs you provide. Use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes that depend on how recommendations are implemented.

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes apply from the date they’re posted — never retroactively to a purchase you already made.
