Privacy Policy

You give us: your name and email at checkout; your business details when you run the free Snapshot (business name, website, email, optional industry); and your questionnaire answers when you order a D.O.C. Protocol (business, financial, and goals information you choose to share).

We don’t collect: your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — card data never touches our systems.

To deliver what you bought: send download links, generate your D.O.C. Protocol from your answers, run your Snapshot analysis, and schedule services. To support you when you email us. And to send occasional updates about our offers — you can unsubscribe from those anytime with one click, and delivery emails still work.

The Snapshot and the D.O.C. Protocol are generated with the help of AI models (Anthropic’s Claude). Your answers and your website’s public content are sent to that service to produce your documents. We don’t use your information to train models.

Order, questionnaire, and snapshot data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore). Emails are sent through Resend. Payments run through Stripe. Each of these providers has its own security and privacy practices; we chose them because those practices are strong.

We never sell your data. We never share your business information with third parties for their marketing. Your D.O.C. Protocol and your questionnaire answers are yours — we don’t publish them or reuse them as marketing material without your explicit permission.

We keep this minimal. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and complete your payment. We don’t run advertising trackers.

We keep order records for accounting and to support you on past purchases. If you want a copy of the data we hold about you — or want it deleted — email help@spokanebizdoctors.com and we’ll handle it promptly. Some records (like completed payment records) must be retained where the law requires it.
