Before we deliver, you can walk away for a full refund. After we deliver, we revise your Protocol until it’s right, and if you implement it and your local search numbers don’t measurably move within 90 days, we run the plays with you until they do.
1. Money back before delivery
Changed your mind before we deliver your diagnosis? Email us and get a full refund, no questions asked.
Once your Protocol is delivered, we back it a different way. A custom document can’t be returned, you already have it, so instead of cash back we fix it: if the diagnosis is wrong, thin, or misses something about your business, we revise it until it’s right, at no charge. That’s a better outcome than a refund, and it keeps the work honest.
2. The 90-day performance backstop
If you implement the plan and your Google Business Profile metrics, local search impressions and profile interactions, don’t measurably move within 90 days, we don’t just apologize. We run the plays with you until the metric moves. No additional charge.
The baseline is your own Google Business Profile Performance data: Google’s numbers, not ours. Your 90 days start the day your Protocol lands in your hands, not the day you bought.
What “implement the plan” means
We’re specific about this on purpose, so nobody has to argue about it later. To invoke the backstop, three things need to be true, all of them things you control:
- You posted the content the Protocol prescribes, on the cadence it prescribes.
- You didn't remove or break the structural fixes once you put them in place (or once we set them up, if you booked the Optimization Setup).
- You kept your listed hours accurate and answered your phone during them.
Our check-in emails over your 90 days double as the record: answer them and your implementation log builds itself.
An honest note
This is a conditional promise about a metric neither of us fully controls. Google decides what it shows. What we can promise is the work: an honest diagnosis, a plan built for your business, and our hands on it with you if the numbers don’t move. We stay away from rankings, revenue figures and dates for results, because nobody honest can commit to those.
