After delivery. A custom document can’t be returned, since you already have it. So we fix it first. If the diagnosis is wrong, thin, or misses something about your business, we revise it until it’s right, at no charge. Your 90 days start the day your Protocol lands in your hands, not the day you bought. To use it, three things need to be true: you posted the content the Protocol prescribes on the cadence it prescribes, you didn’t remove or break the structural fixes, and you kept your listed hours accurate and answered your phone during them.
