Two promises live inside that sentence. Here’s exactly what each one means.
1. Money-back before delivery — and we don’t stop there
Changed your mind before we deliver your diagnosis? Email us and get a full refund, no questions asked.
Once your Protocol is delivered, we back it a different way: if the diagnosis is wrong, thin, or misses something about your business, we revise it — as many times as it takes — until it’s right, at no extra charge. We stand behind the work by fixing it, not by letting the deliverables walk out the door for free.
2. The 90-day performance backstop
If you implement the plan and your Google Business Profile metrics — local search impressions and profile interactions — don’t measurably move within 90 days, we don’t just refund you. We run the plays with you until the metric moves. No additional charge.
The baseline is your own Google Business Profile Performance data at the time of setup. The metric is read straight from that dashboard — verifiable, not our word.
What “implement it” means
The performance backstop asks one fair thing in return: that you actually run the plan. “Implemented” means all three of these, and each is something you can prove:
- You posted all 30 days of the Implementation Kit content, as instructed (verified against your posting history).
- You did not alter, delete, or break the schema and technical plumbing installed from the Protocol’s specification (verified by re-scan).
- You maintained active business hours and answered the phone during them.
Meet all three and the metric still didn’t move? We run it with you until it does. That’s on top of the pre-delivery refund and the revise-until-it’s-right promise above.
